High School Physicals

Mt. Carmel is offering physicals for high school students on Wednesday, May 28, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The cost of this service is $10. Physical forms may be picked up in the high school office or from Ms. Brenner. The back page of the physical form must be signed by a parent or guardian. The physicals will be held at Mt. Carmel Sports Medicine.
