June 17, 2008

Twenty students participated in the Rainforest Adventure Camp from June 9-13. The interactive distance learning teacher at the Education Service Center at Greenbush, about 23 miles from Frontenac, was Lisa Pride. Using the IDL technology, Debbie Restivo facilitated the camp at Frontenac. Students studied animals, adaptations, plants, and products of the South American rainforest ecosystem. The lessons utilized technology and inquiry science and problem solving.
