Biographical Information This is my 16th year working as an elementary school librarian. I previously worked in the Pittsburg school district at Westside Elementary. I am married to David Jones who works for Empire Electric Co. and we have two grown children, Jessica who is a speech pathologist in the Olathe School district and Russell who is a conductor for Kansas City Southern Railroad. We also have a new granddaughter Greta. The best part of my job is sharing the joy of reading with students and teaching them all that a library has to offer. In my spare time I enjoy reading, cooking, and traveling.
