1. Provide for a quality personal educational experience grounded in early identification and appropriate interventions for the students attending USD 249 via a safe and orderly environment.
2. Develop an educational plan based on local culture and traditions with particular emphasis on quality facilities, financial resources, and traffic flow / parking that reflects a commitment to excellence.
3. Commitment to provide highly qualified and dedicated staff.
4. Commitment to innovative and current educational technologies.
5. Curriculum monitoring with an emphasis on language arts, mathematics, and career/technical education.
