During seminar on February 28, 2017, Mr. Gudde’s seminar and RAIDER Ink sponsored an assembly line to put together survival bags for people in need. These bags contained everyday items including water, snacks, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and shirts. Nearly 5,000 items were donated by students in the Frontenac School District to help with this relief effort.
“RAIDER Ink has set back $1 per item sold to help with relief efforts. RAIDER Ink students have had the opportunity to give back using the relief funds set back. Last March, we decided we wanted to involve the entire school,” Mr. Gudde explains.
During seminar, the Frontenac High School student body assembled 260 survival bags in a matter of ten minutes. Each student was asked to put the bag in their car, and when the time is right, the students can give the bag to someone who is less fortunate.
If you wish to help out on a project, please come stop by Mr. Gudde’s room and ask about the newest project that they are working on which is buying groceries for a family of four.
