FHS / FJH Parents – FHS/FJH students may complete free ImPACT testing. This testing helps physicians determine if a student has recovered from a concussion. ImPACT testing provides physicians with baseline data to compare a student’s recovery. Testing is free.
Please use the link provided for more information. You will need to return the attached consent form. We will then provide their school email to the provider. They will be emailed a link to use when they complete the baseline assessment. Hopefully they will never suffer a concussion and will not need to retest for two years.
